Mangrove Jack’s International Series Mexican Cerveza is a gentle, delicate and light lager, subtly flavoured. Refreshing to the full. Serve chilled with a squeeze of lemon or lime.

Includes style appropriate brewing yeast.

ABV Approx: 4.5%
IBU: 7-13
Optimal Fermenting Temp: Tolerant between 18 – 30ºC, for best results ferment at 22ºC

For fermentation you will also require 1kg of dextrose or 1.2kg of liquid malt extract.

Russell’s brewing tip: This is one of my personal favorite kits to brew. I also add 50g of NZ or US Cascade hops to bring through a really nice citrus note. It’s a great summer beer and perfect for bevies on a hot afternoon.
